Career Transition & Assessment (FR–EN)

I support individuals and organisations through career transitions, assessments and professional development, combining a structured and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on the individual.

Areas of work

Career coaching & transition

Individual support during periods of reflection, change or career transition, including coaching, outplacement and skills assessment.

Assessment

Professional development

Recruitment and development assessments, structured interviews and psychometric tools to better understand an individual’s competencies, resources and ways of functioning within a given context.

Support and development initiatives aimed at gaining a better understanding of how individuals function, their resources and needs, and the conditions that foster sustainable professional engagement.

Specific programmes

Balance & Energy at Work

Understanding how we function under pressure to better preserve our energy and engagement over time.

ReStart: Sustainable Return to Work

Structured support to prepare for and consolidate a return to work following an extended absence.

Approach

Understanding how we function

We are not always able to clearly identify what motivates us, what drains or restores our energy, what we need, or the conditions in which we function at our best.

Putting these elements into words helps us understand ourselves better, become more aware of our resources and needs, and make more informed professional choices.

Whether in the context of a career transition, an assessment or a development process, this is a common thread in my work: developing a better understanding of the person and how they function, so that what will help them move forward in a more meaningful and sustainable way can emerge.

A structured and human approach

My approach combines listening, observation and analysis within a structured and pragmatic framework. I seek to understand before interpreting, starting from the reality of the individual and their context.

The aim is not to place people into categories, but to develop a sufficiently clear understanding to enable more informed and appropriate choices and actions.
